ABOUT HEIDI
Hi! I am Heidi. I am a mom of 2 with 1 on the way, educator, and both a UESCA Certified Run Coach and NASM Certified Personal Trainer. My fitness journey started as a young athlete and continued to flourish while I played Women’s Lacrosse in college. After college, I continued to stay fit through running & strength training. Over the past 15 years, I have run anything from a 5k to the Marathon, with the half marathon being my favorite distance! My passion is helping women, especially mothers, prioritize their health and well-being. My running programs are designed to meet you where you are, empowering you to become a stronger runner, and more confident in your own body, all while fitting into your busy schedule.
As a run coach, fitness instructor, and mother, I know firsthand the challenges of balancing fitness with everyday life. Together, we’ll build a strong running foundation that keeps you energized, feeling strong, and enhances every area of your life.
